Ingredients
  Mango 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grape 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Add the ice, mango, grapes and kale to a blender and blend properly on high speed.
2. Pour the smoothie into a glass.

SERVING
3. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve as a healthy drink.
