Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Watercress 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend the cucumber, watercress, lemon juice, sea salt and water.
2. Pour the blend into a glass.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
