1. Rinse and clean vegetables and fruits thoroughly.
2. In blender, pour water, add spinach, watercress, and kale.
3. Drop strawberries, banana, kiwi, avocado, and pear. Blend until smooth.
4. Pop it in the refrigerator.
5. Serve green smoothie chilled.
You can keep smoothie in refrigerator and it will remain fresh for 3-4 days.
Use 2 bananas if you like smoothie to be sweet.
Blend in batches.
