Adonis Goddess Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  Cold water 250 Milliliter (1 glass)
  Baby spinach 20 Gram (a handful)
  Watercress 20 Gram (a handful)
  Kale 1 (stem)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 handful)
  Banana 1
  Kiwifruit 1
  Avocado 1 (white)
  Seckel pear 150 Gram (2)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Rinse and clean vegetables and fruits thoroughly.

MAKING
2. In blender, pour water, add spinach, watercress, and kale.
3. Drop strawberries, banana, kiwi, avocado, and pear. Blend until smooth.
4. Pop it in the refrigerator.

SERVING
5. Serve green smoothie chilled.

TIPS
You can keep smoothie in refrigerator and it will remain fresh for 3-4 days.
Use 2 bananas if you like smoothie to be sweet.
Blend in batches.
