Green Smoothie with Rejuvelac

Ingredients
  Quinoa grain 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked in water for several hors and drained well
  Alkaline water/Filtered water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Soak the quinoa grain in water for several hours, drain it well and keep it for two days in a closed jar till it sprouts.

MAKING
2.Add the soaked and drained quinoa in a blender and blend well with water.
3.Fill it in two half gallon jars and cover it with metal mesh.

SERVING
4.Serve in a glass.

Use it as a base for smoothies
