Diane Hoch teaches you how to make a Green Energy Smoothie, for when you need a more natural boost of energy.
1⁄2 , juice extracted
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. Scoop out the avocado in a blending jar.
2. Squeeze in lemon juice in the jar, add in dates.
3. Add in cilantro, kale leaves, water and coconut oil.
4. Blend for few minutes to form a smoothie.
5. Pour out the smoothie in glass and serve.
