Ingredients
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or 2 apples)
  Goji berry 2 Tablespoon
  Black berry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄4
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak goji berry in water for 120 minutes, strain the water, and keep it aside.

MAKING
1. In a blending jar pour in apple juice, goji berry water, black berries, ginger, lettuce leaves and parsley.
2. Blend for few minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve detox smoothie in a glass and enjoy.
