Mango Smoothie

A delicious smoothie for breakfast or any time of the day. Easy to make and very healthy.
Ingredients
  Ripe mango 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Low fat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain low fat yogur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop mango into cubes.

MAKING
2. Combine mango, milk, yogurt, ice, and honey in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth & frothy.

SERVING
4. Garnish smoothie with chopped mango and serve at once.
