Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Pound
  Frozen peaches 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Bananas 4
Directions

MAKING
1. Put spinach in a grinder, pour some water. Make puree.
2. Add frozen peaches to the puree. Mix well in mixer.
3. Put in bananas and blend again in mixer.

SERVING
4. Serve smoothie at breakfast with sandwiches.
