  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1
For cranberry orange power smoothie
  Cranberry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whey powder 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For heavenly blueberry smoothie
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Flaxseed meal 1 Teaspoon
Directions
