MAKING
1) Mix in the coconut milk and the hazelnut milk to yield about 2 cups
2) Add a little water, then a ground flaxseed meal
3) Also add in barley and oat grass, chia seeds, spirulina powder, protein powder, chlorella powder, protein powder, barley powder, and the frozen banana
4) Whip this altogether and blend well

SERVING
5) Pour the mixture into glasses and serve
