Nutritious Fruit Smoothie

If you already like fruit smoothies why not boost the nutrients in your smoothie by adding flax seed and baby spinach? This smoothie tastes great and delivers a great number of nutrients you need to be strong, healthy and have lots of energy to start the day. Give it a try!
Ingredients
  Orange 1 Medium
  Flaxseeds/Ground flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Banana 1 Medium
  Frozen pineapple 150 Gram
  Baby spinach leaves/Blue berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, put in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve this health shake or smoothie at room temperature or chilled.

TIPS
If you do not prefer the green color, you may add blueberries instead of the spinach leaves.
