Raw Hemp Milk Smoothie With Acia And Maca

Ingredients
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Hemp seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dates 5 , deseeded
  Acai powder 2 Tablespoon
  Maca powder 1 Tablespoon
  Baby banana 2
Directions

MAKING
1. To make the hemp milk: Combine together 1 cup of water and the hemp seeds. Let the mixture sit for sometime.
2. In a blender, combine 2 cups of water, dates and the hemp seed-water mixture.
3. Blend to a smooth consistency.
4. To make the smoothie: Scoop about 1 cup of hemp milk from the top. The top layer is loaded with the essential nutrients.
5. Add the acai powder, maca powder and the baby bananas.
6. Blend to a smooth mixture.

SERVING
7. Serve immediately in tall smoothie glasses.
