  Almond milk cubes/1 cup plain ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Citron 2 (Washed But No Need To Peel)
  Dates 6 , pitted (Medjool / Deglet Noor)
  Vanilla powder/Splash of vanilla extract / small piece of vanilla bean 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend, but don't over blend.
2. Be sure to leave chewy bits of dates and citron.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately.
