Orange Pineapple and Banana Smoothie with Spinach!

If you already like fruit smoothies why not boost the nutrients in your smoothie by adding flax seed and baby spinach? This smoothie tastes great and delivers a great number of nutrients you need to be strong, healthy and have lots of energy to start the day. Give it a try!
Ingredients
  Banana 1 , peeled
  Orange 1 , peeled
  Flax seed 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen pineapple 250 Gram
  Baby spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs) (as needed)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. In vitamix blender, add orange, flax seed, banana, and frozen pineapple.
2. Add spinach and pour some water to help blend. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Pour in glass and serve immediately.

TIPS
You can replace pineapple with blueberries.
