Hi-Protein Breakfast Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  Bananas 2
  Milk/Soy milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , placed in boiling water for 30 seconds and removed
  Honey/Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Brewers yeast 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, blend all ingredients until liquid
2. Refrigerate drink for 1 hour, and blend again for a few seconds
SERVING
3. Serve in tall frosty glasses, serve with crackers

TIPS
Frozen bananas may be used to eliminate chilling time, also freeze bananas when ripe, then peel and place in the freezer on cookie sheets Once frozen, remove from cookie sheets and store in plastic bags
