Fruit Smoothies For Kids

Ingredients
  Fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Peaches, Papayas, Bananas, Apricots)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Breast Milk Or Formula Before Age One)
  Plain whole milk yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Blackstrap molasses/Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine fruits, milk, yogurt and molasses in a blender and blend well.

SERVING
2.Serve to babies of more than 1 year age.
