Fruit Smoothies For Kids
|Fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Peaches, Papayas, Bananas, Apricots)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Breast Milk Or Formula Before Age One)|
|Plain whole milk yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Blackstrap molasses/Honey||1 Teaspoon|
1.Combine fruits, milk, yogurt and molasses in a blender and blend well.
2.Serve to babies of more than 1 year age.
