Jan's Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
  Frozen banana 1
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green tea 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cooled green tea)
  Dates/Agave nectar 3 , pitted
  Wheatgrass 1 Teaspoon (wheatgrass ice cubes or 28ml wheatgrass juice)
Directions

MAKING
1. In the vita mix combine frozen banana, pineapple chunks, cooled green tea, dates and wheatgrass powder.
2. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve the Green Tea Smoothie immediately.
