Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  Peeled sliced banana 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
  Peeled sliced peaches/Strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh)
  Apple juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unfiltered
  Mint sprig/Small handful fresh berries 1 (for garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender add all ingredients.
2) Cover and blend on low speed until smooth.
3) Transfer into 3 large wineglasses.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
5) Garnish with mint leaves or berries.
