Ingredients
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe banana/1 cup any fresh / frozen fruit 1 , sliced
  Quaker oat bran hot cereal 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), uncooked
  Sugar substitute/Sugar substitute 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover.
Blend or process on high speed until smooth and thick.
Serve immediately.
