Fresh Mint and Strawberry Vegan Smoothie

A healthy and delicious smoothie made with honey dew, strawberries and mint!

Ingredients

Fresh mint 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Small Handful)
Frozen strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Honey dew melon 1 , halved, seeds removed, peeled and cut into pieces

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixer jar, add cut pieces of honey dew melon, followed by adding mint leaves and strawberries.

2. Run the blender for around 30 seconds or so, until a liquid consistency is attained.

3. Pour the smoothie glasses, and refrigerate for an hour.

SERVING

4. Serve it chilled with a straw.
