1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Small Handful)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Honey dew melon
1 , halved, seeds removed, peeled and cut into pieces
1. In a mixer jar, add cut pieces of honey dew melon, followed by adding mint leaves and strawberries.
2. Run the blender for around 30 seconds or so, until a liquid consistency is attained.
3. Pour the smoothie glasses, and refrigerate for an hour.
