Ingredients
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce
  Low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, put all the ingredients.
2) Process till the mixture is smooth and frothy.

SERVING
3) Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve right away.
