Ingredients
  Banana 1 , frozen
  Strawberries 4 Large, frozen
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Effective microorganisms 1 Tablespoon
  Hemp protein powder/Other vegan powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the banana and strawberries in a blender with just enough water to get them going, and puree until they're really smooth.
Add the sprouts, along with any protein powder or superfoods you like, and blend again. Be sure to push the sprouts down into the fruit so that they blend into the smoothie. That's it! I hope you enjoy the best green smoothie recipe ever, the latest of my healthy vegan recipes.
