  Unsweetened almond milk/Soy milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Such As Blue Diamond)
  Frozen banana 1 , cut into chunks
  Frozen strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Organic Variety)
  Natural peanut butter/Raw almond butter 1 Tablespoon
  Strawberry jelly 2 Teaspoon (All Natural)
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Drink cold.
