Brock makes a 5-ingredient vegan smoothie that's great for digestion.Mango, banana, flax seeds, soy lecithin, and ginger root.The Blendtec Total Blender is perfect for this shake.
Ingredients
  Mango 1 , peeled and diced
  Banana 1
  Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon, grounded
  Soy lecithin 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger root 5 Gram
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar take all the ingredients and blend for few minutes.

SERVING
2. Serve Mango Smoothie with whole wheat bread and enjoy!
