Pumpkin And Blueberry Smoothie

Camilla Saulsbury makes two healthy breakfast smoothies (one blueberry, one pumpkin) that sneak vegetables into the mix.
Ingredients
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  1% milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Canned solid pack pumpkin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), canned
  Canned solid pack pumpkin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Medium 1⁄2 Medium, sliced and frozen
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple juice/Cranberry juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon (More Or Less To Taste)
  Banana 1⁄2 Medium, sliced and frozen
  Baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prewashed)
Directions

Pumpkin-Orange Smoothie:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

Blueberry Smoothie:
Combine all of the ingredients except the spinach in a blender; blend until smooth. Add the spinach to the blender, pushing down into the smoothie (to more easily blend the leaves). Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
