Creamy Mango Smoothies

Ingredients
  Mangoes 2 , seed removed, peeled and chopped to make 2 cups
  Mango sorbet 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  French vanilla low fat yogurt 12 Ounce (2 Containers Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Skim milk/Soymilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, place the mangoes, the mango sorbet, the French vanilla low-fat yoghurt, and the skim milk or soy milk
2. Run the blender till all ingredients are well mixed

SERVING
3. Serve immediately cold
