How To Make A CAROB ~O~ LISIOUS LEAN Banana Smoothie

Lean Protein is used in most of my Smoothies.
Ingredients
  Banana 1⁄2
  Vanilla bean 1 (or vanilla extract)
  Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (lite)
  Toffee nut stevia 10 Drop (or flavor of your choice)
  Lean protein 1 Tablespoon (44 calories or protein of your choice)
  Cold coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 4
  Carob powder 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (chatfield's)
Directions

MAKING
1. Slit the vanilla bean in half, and srape the seeds with the tip of knife.
2. In a blender, put all the ingredients together and blend it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled.
