Ingredients
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In your food processor, add all ingredients and blend through.

SERVING
2) Serve by garnishing with a pinch of cinnamon powder.
