For pineapple strawberry orange smoothie
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Strawberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
For apple banana smoothie
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 3 Small
  Apples 3 Large, sliced
Directions

FOR PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY ORANGE SMOOTHIE
MAKING
1. In a blender, combine pineapple, apples, orange juice and strawberries. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve it chilled.

MAKING
1. In a blender, combine apples, banana and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
