Fruity Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Small
  Citrus juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen banana 1 Medium
  Kale greens 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a vita mix blender blend the citrus juice, lemon juice, frozen banana, kale, pineapple chunks and water.
2. Blend for 2 minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve the Kale Smoothie fresh and cold.
