  Berries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen Strawberries, Raspberries/ Blueberries)

GETTING READY 1) In a blender, place all the ingredients for smoothie. MAKING 2) Blend the mixture until smooth, frothy and thick. SERVING 3) Serve chilled. 4) Great recipe for kid parties.
