  Orange juice/Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bananas 1 (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Papaya/1 cored apple / 1 peach / 1 cup strawberries / 1-2 cups of any fruit you desire 1⁄4
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Core the apple. MAKING 2) In a blender, place all the fruits and juices. 3) Blend them properly to liquify. SERVING 4) In tall glasses, serve the fruit smoothie chilled.
