Using all unsweetened fruit, this recipe delivers an antioxidant whallop without the sugar.
Ingredients
  Frozen unsweetened raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy milk/1 % milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients and serve.
