Mango Smoothie With Mint Leaves

The tangy-sweet taste of mangoes makes this light, healthy, and easy-to-make smoothie a great ending to a spicy dinner.
  2% milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Low fat vanilla yogurt 8 Ounce
  Mango/1 cup frozen mangoes 1 , peeled, pitted, and chopped
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh mint leaves 4

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender fitted with a steel blade. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into tall glasses with ice cubes; garnish with mint leaves and serve.
