Smoothies are rich, thick, sweet, satisfying drinks made out of whole fruits, frozen fruits, fruit juices, and sometimes nuts, seeds, or other ingredients. Smoothies are popular in juice bars around the world.
  Persimmons 5 (without skin and seeds -for Persimmon Madness)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for Persimmon Madness)
  Frozen berries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for Persimmon Madness)
  Oranges 4 (for Orange-Avo)
  Dates 4 (for Orange-Avo)
  Avocado 1⁄2 (for Orange-Avo)
  Banana 1 (for Orange-Avo)
  Tangerine juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for Tangerine Dreams)
  Ripe bananas 2 (for Tangerine Dreams)
  Ripe papaya 1 , diced (seeded)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for Mango Passion)
  Mango flesh 2 Cup (32 tbs) (about 3-4 mangoes- for Mango Passion)
  Mexican papaya 1⁄2 (seeded)
  Pitted cherries 30 (for June Smoothie)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed (for June Smoothie)
  Mangoes 2 , flesh scooped out (for June Smoothie)
  Fresh blueberries/Frozen blueberries 8 Ounce (small package - for June Smoothie)
  Fresh banana/Frozen banana 1 (for June Smoothie)
  Flax seeds 2 Tablespoon (for June Smoothie)
  Honey/Maple syrup 1 Teaspoon (for June Smoothie)

Blend all ingredients and serve.
