Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  Papaya 1
  Orange 1
  Banana 1
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
Directions

Halve and deseed the papaya.
Scoop out the flesh, cut the orange into segments and whizz together with the chopped banana in a blender.
Add the mixture to the apple juice and stir well.
