Ingredients
  Unflavored yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bananas 2 Medium
  Apple juice/Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Ice cubes 6
Directions

Whirl all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Slowly add ice while blending. Process until smooth and thick.
