Fresh coconut water
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh coconut meat
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1)In a thermomix grate the fresh ginger and liquify fresh coconut water in the start at 2 minutes with heat no heat on level 2.
2)Add the fresh orange and coconut meat at 115 degrees and increase as directed at level 5 and emulsify for a few seconds.
3)Turn off the heat and let it emulsify at level 2 for 30 minutes.
4)Strain and serve over ice and best served with ice cubes made of coconut water and enjoy!
