|Banana||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Mango/Papaya or guava||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Place all ingredients in food processor work-bowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth.
Strain if using mango.
