Banana And Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1
  Semi skimmed milk 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Smooth peanut butter/2 teaspoons tahini paste 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and slice the banana and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Put the banana, milk and peanut butter or tahini paste in a blender and process until smooth.
