Banana Tofu Smoothie
|Tofu||10 Ounce (300 Grams)|
|Raspberries||4 Ounce (125 Grams)|
|White grape juice/Apple juice||1 3⁄4 Pint (1 Liter)|
1. Roughly chop the tofu and put it into a food processor or blender. Roughly chop the bananas and put them into the food processor with the raspberries, if using, and half of the fruit juice. Blend until smooth.
2. Roughly grind the linseeds in a coffee grinder, or use a pestle and mortar, then add to the food processor or blender with the remaining fruit juice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
