Real Fruit Smoothie

This is the strawberry banana smoothie recipe that is helping me beat my McDonalds McCafe Real Fruit smoothie addiction. It's not an easy process but I'm doing good. Some days are better than others but my cravings are quickly diminishing. I hope this helps others out there.
Ingredients
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (French Vanilla)
  Frozen strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2 Small, ripened
  Milk/Apple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender put all the ingredients and blend until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.

SERVING
2. In a serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve fresh.
