|Yogurt||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Stonyfield French Vanilla Yogurt)|
|Frozen strawberries||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||2 Teaspoon (or more to liking)|
|Fruit juice||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (any juice of your choice)|
|Broccoli sprouts||1/8 Cup (2 tbs)|
1. In a blender/ food processor put all the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
2. In a serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve fresh for breakfast.
