Banana Yogurt Smoothie
|Cold milk||4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup / 125 Milliliter)|
|Yogurt||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Cup / 100 Gram, Natural / Fruit Flavored, Of Your Choice)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Pinch|
1. Peel banana.
2. Place,banana, milk and yogurt in food processor or blender. Process for 20-30 seconds or until thick and smooth.
3. Pour into glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
