Treat your friends to this delicious summer cooler, the Strawberry and Watermelon Smoothie. You would have no trouble at all in preparing it. Friends would be impressed at your culinary skill. So do not procrastinate, try this strawberry and watermelon smoothie recipe.
  Cubed seeded watermelon 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lemon fat free yogurt 8 Ounce
  Strawberries 1 Pint, cleaned and hulled
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 5

Stage 1-In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, watermelon, strawberries, honey and ice cubes.

Stage 2- Process until smooth and frothy.

do u haveta have the lemon yogurt in or could u have soem other flavor?

I recommend using plain yogurt with any fruit and Splenda or any other sweetener you prefer. Or you might just add a little lemon juice to plain yogurt. You may want to use vanilla, strawberry, or peach yogurt but it has the sweetener already added.

what happens if you dont have the honey or the yoghurt? will it taste gross or not?

I think you are trying to compromise on the two of the main ingredients of this smoothie. I tried it and it is way too gud if you use the said ingredients. Like I feel, yogurt i used instead of milk and honey instead of sugar, and both are low-calorie fat-free substitutes for the original, making it a very healthy as well as tasty drink. So better would be that you use yogurt and honey as mentioned in the ingredient. :)

I usually use 1 scoop of Splenda and plain yogurt or Greek yogurt which is thicker.

i do the same smoothie with different ingredients banana , strawberries and watermelon and i used just water and sweeteners it taste great and refreshing u need to try it

I need just enough for a single serving! 1 cup seeded watermelon, 1/2 cup fat free yogurt, 5-6 strawberries, banana (optional), 1/4 tsp. honey, and ice cubes! You may want to add 1 Tbsp. ground wheat germ and 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed, and 1 scoop of protein mix. Add 1/2 c. almond milk if too thick! I usually make enough for a 32 oz. smoothie which is more than I need; it could be less depending on the amount of ice used.

Add ice first, then greens (if using spinach, kale, etc,), oils and powders, finally the fruit and liquids then blend! You may have to push the ingredients down to get them to mix. You may want to use juice instead of milk! ;)

Watermelon Smoothie: too thin. I definitely recommend using juice, maybe apple or cranberry juice. Add a small banana for consistency but leave out the yogurt and milk for this one.

I juat put strawberries and watermelon,ice and a splash of strawberry passionfriut juice blended it and voila1 Yummy! (perfect for a summer bash or splash!)
