Sapote Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  Seeded sapote 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and cut up
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cracked ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen concentrated orange juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Honey/Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine sapote, yogurt, ice, orange juice, honey, ginger, and egg.
Whirl until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve at once.
