Berry Smoothie Pie
|Sugar free strawberry gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Unsweetened cranberry juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Reduced Calorie, Reduced Sugar)|
|Low fat raspberry yogurt||6 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Chopped fresh strawberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Reduced-fat graham cracker crust||1|
In a small microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cranberry juice; let stand fori minute.
Microwave on high for 40 seconds; stir.
Let stand for 1 minute or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
In a blender, combine the gelatin mixture, yogurt and strawberries; cover and process until blended.
Pour into the crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
