A simple to make Healthy Fruit Shakes recipe.
Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a high speed blender, combine milk with blueberries and frozen strawberries.
2. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve the Healthy Fruit Shake chilled.
