Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  Banana 1 Large, cut in to chunks
  Frozen blueberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fat free soy milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat vanilla yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen lemonade concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place banana chunks in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal and freeze at least 4 hours.
2. Process frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
