Ingredients
  Nectarines/Peaches 8 Ounce, peeled and cut up
  Soy milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Orange juice 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 8 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In a blender container or food processor bowl combine nectarines, soy milk, orange juice, and sugar.
Cover and blend or process until mixture is thick and smooth.
